Security controls, backup and recovery are configured and verified as part of delivery — not added as an afterthought.
05 · Support
Every engagement concludes with clear documentation and handover. Ongoing support is agreed separately, as managed support or on request.
06 · Improve
Regular reviews identify what to refine, replace or plan for next — feeding back into the next assessment.
