2. What information we collect

Identity and contact details: your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and telephone number if you give it for delivery purposes.
Business details (business customers): business name and VAT number.
Order details: the products you buy, prices, order and delivery history, returns and cancellations.
Payment information: payments are processed by Square. We receive confirmation of payment and limited card details (such as card type and the last four digits). We do not receive or store your full card number.
Communications: emails and messages you send us, including complaints and cancellation notices.
Technical information: IP address and browser and device information needed to deliver the website securely, and the strictly necessary cookies described in section 8.

3. How we use your information and our lawful basis

We need your name, address, email and payment to fulfil your order. If you do not provide them, we cannot process your order.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Who we share your information with

Square (Squareup Europe Ltd), our payment provider, processes your payment details. Square processes some information on our behalf and uses some information for its own purposes, such as fraud prevention and meeting its legal obligations. Royal Mail Group Limited, our delivery carrier for parcels we send ourselves, receives your name, delivery address and, where needed for delivery updates, your email address or phone number. See Royal Mail's privacy policy: Royal Mail privacy policy
Our product supplier delivers orders on our behalf. We give it only your name, delivery address and the order details it needs to dispatch, insure and deliver your parcel.
Our website and hosting providers, Vercel, which host our website and order data on our behalf.
Professional advisers, HMRC, the police and regulators, where we are required or permitted by law.
A buyer or successor of our business, if the business is sold or restructured.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers, including Square, may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses. Contact us for more information.

6. How long we keep your information

Order, payment, invoice and VAT records: 6 years from the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Customer service and complaint records: up to 6 years after the matter is closed, in case of legal claims.
Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, plus a record that you opted out.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

ask for a copy of your personal information;
ask us to correct inaccurate information;
ask us to delete your information;
ask us to restrict how we use your information;
