Terms and Conditions of Sale
KTechnology Solutions – IT Infrastructure Shop Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms apply to every order placed on www.ktechnologysolutions.co.uk. Please read them before you order. Part A applies to everyone. Part B applies only if you buy as a consumer. Part C applies only if you buy for business purposes.
PART A – TERMS FOR ALL CUSTOMERS
1. Who we are
1.1 This shop is operated by KTechnology Solutions Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16625813. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. Our VAT number is GB507817873.
1.2 You can contact us by email at info@ktechnologysolutions.co.uk or by post at 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. Returns must be sent to the address in our Returns and Cancellation Policy.
1.3 In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean KTechnology Solutions Limited. "You" means the person placing the order.
2. Consumers and business customers
2.1 You are a consumer if you are an individual buying wholly or mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession. Otherwise you are a business customer.
2.2 At checkout we ask whether you are buying as a consumer or for a business. If you are a business customer, please give your business name and, if you have one, your VAT number.
3. Our products
3.1 We sell IT infrastructure hardware and software from third-party manufacturers. Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided to help you choose. Images are for illustration. The product you receive will match the description and specification shown on the product page.
3.2 Manufacturer names, product names and trade marks belong to their owners. Their use on our website identifies the products we sell. It does not mean that we are an authorised dealer, partner or reseller of any manufacturer, or that any manufacturer endorses us, unless we say so expressly on the product page.
3.3 Manufacturer warranties, where offered, are provided by the manufacturer on the manufacturer's own terms. They are in addition to, and do not reduce, your legal rights against us.
4. Prices and payment
4.1 Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at 20%. Delivery by Royal Mail Special Delivery costs a flat £25 per order (including VAT), whatever the order value. It is shown as a separate line before you confirm your order.
4.2 Our prices are fixed as shown on the website at the time you order. We do not negotiate prices, and we do not provide goods or services free of charge.
4.3 Payment is taken online in full at checkout through our payment provider, Square. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not offer credit or finance. Payment is due in full when you place your order.
4.4 We do not add any surcharge for paying by card.
4.5 Where a product page shows a manufacturer's recommended retail price (RRP), this is the price recommended by the manufacturer or supplier, not a price we have previously charged. See our pricing information on the product page for details.
5. Placing an order and when the contract is made
5.1 When you place an order you are offering to buy the products in your basket. We will email you to acknowledge your order. This acknowledgement does not mean we have accepted your order.
5.2 Our acceptance takes place, and the contract between us is formed, when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation).
5.3 We may decline an order, for example if: (a) the product is out of stock or no longer available from our supplier; (b) we cannot deliver to your address; (c) there is an obvious error in the price or description (see clause 6); or (d) we are unable to verify your payment.
5.4 If we decline your order after taking payment, we will tell you and refund the full amount you paid, including delivery, as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days.
6. Pricing and description errors
6.1 We work hard to keep prices, descriptions and stock information accurate. Our catalogue is based on information from our supplier and manufacturers, and errors may occasionally occur.
6.2 If we find an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered before we accept your order, we will contact you. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price or description, or cancel your order and receive a full refund.
6.3 If the error is obvious and unmistakable, and could reasonably have been recognised by you, we are not obliged to supply the product at the incorrect price.
7. Stock availability
7.1 Stock levels shown on our website come from our supplier and may change without notice. If a product you order turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund any payment for that product in full.
8. Delivery
8.1 We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
8.2 We are the seller of all goods on this website. Goods may be dispatched to you directly from our supplier's warehouse. Your parcel may include a note thanking you for your order; your invoice and order documents come from us.
8.3 Orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed or by a tracked, signed-for courier service arranged by us or our supplier.
8.4 Photo ID on delivery (condition of sale). Orders are delivered only to the named buyer, or to an authorised recipient you name when you order, at the delivery address, and only on presentation of valid photo ID. Parcels are never left in a porch or safe place, or with a neighbour. If valid photo ID cannot be shown, the parcel will not be handed over. It will be taken back to the carrier's depot, and you can collect it there with valid photo ID or arrange redelivery.
8.4A This condition protects you as well as us. Consumers: the goods remain our responsibility until they come into the physical possession of you or the authorised recipient you have named (see clause 14). Business customers: risk passes on delivery to the named buyer or authorised recipient (see clause 20).
8.5 Every parcel with a value over £2,500 is insured in transit for its full value. Whatever the value, goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you (see clause 14) or, for business customers, until delivery (see clause 20).
8.6 We'll deliver your order within 30 days of accepting it, unless we agree a different date with you. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
8.7 If the carrier cannot deliver, it will leave a card or send a message explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel. If a parcel is returned to us because it could not be delivered or collected, we will contact you to rearrange delivery. If we cannot contact you within 14 days, we will cancel the order and refund you, less any re-delivery costs we are entitled to charge.
8.8 Please check your parcel on delivery. If the packaging is damaged, note this when signing if you can, and tell us as soon as possible.
9. Ownership
9.1 Ownership of the goods passes to you when we have received payment in full and the goods have been delivered.
10. Complaints
10.1 If you have a complaint, please email info@ktechnologysolutions.co.uk with your order number. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days.
11. Personal information
11.1 We use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Notice.
12. General
12.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. We will tell you if this happens and make sure the transfer does not reduce your rights.
12.2 Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
12.3 If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest will continue to apply.
12.4 If we delay in enforcing these terms, we can still enforce them later.
12.5 We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
PART B – ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR CONSUMERS
13. Your legal rights
13.1 Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If goods are faulty you may be entitled to: (a) reject them and get a full refund within 30 days of delivery; (b) a repair or replacement; or (c) if a repair or replacement is not possible, or does not fix the problem, a price reduction or a refund.
For more detailed information, visit the Citizens Advice website (www.citizensadvice.org.uk).
14. Risk in delivered goods
14.1 The goods are our responsibility until they come into the physical possession of you or a person you have identified to receive them, such as the authorised recipient named in your order.
15. Your right to cancel
15.1 You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. The full details, including exceptions and how to use the cancellation form, are in our Returns and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
16. Our liability to consumers
16.1 If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen.
16.2 We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.
16.3 We supply products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
16.4 Data and backups: please back up your data before installing or connecting any product. This does not affect our liability set out in clause 16.2.
17. Law and courts (consumers)
17.1 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring proceedings in Scotland or England. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring proceedings in Northern Ireland or England.
PART C – ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
18. Application
18.1 Part C applies when you buy for business purposes. It applies in addition to Part A. Part B does not apply to you.
19. Prices and invoices
19.1 Prices include VAT at 20%. A VAT invoice will be provided with your order.
20. Risk
20.1 Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the named buyer or authorised recipient at your delivery address in accordance with clause 8.4.
21. No statutory cancellation right
21.1 The 14-day cancellation right in our Returns and Cancellation Policy applies to consumers only. Business customers may return goods only if they are faulty or not as described (clause 22), or if we agree otherwise in writing.
22. Faulty goods
22.1 We warrant that on delivery the goods will correspond with their description and be free from material defects. If you tell us in writing within 30 days of delivery that goods do not comply, and we confirm this, we will, at our option, repair or replace the goods or refund the price.
22.2 Clause 22.1 sets out your only remedy for non-compliant goods, except where the law does not allow this. All terms implied by law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law, except for terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
23. Our liability to business customers
23.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
23.2 Subject to clause 23.1, we are not liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, for any loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss or corruption of data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
23.3 Subject to clause 23.1, our total liability for each order is limited to the price paid for that order.
24. Law and courts (business customers)
24.1 These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
